Lion Dance Brings Energy to Lunar New Year Parade
Our lion dance team performed at the annual Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade, thrilling crowds with colorful costumes, powerful drumming, and vibrant acrobatics. The lions leapt and swayed through the streets, scattering good luck and chasing away bad spirits as confetti and firecracker paper filled the air.
The performance drew hundreds of onlookers who lined the sidewalks, many capturing the moment on their phones while cheering along to the beat of the drums. For many families, this annual event is more than just entertainment — it is a way to connect with cultural traditions, pass them on to younger generations, and celebrate the strength and unity of our community.
